Fueled by a deep love for Downtown and his combined passion for art and architecture, artist-developer Reza Assemi has transformed this once urban eyesore into Fresno’s most innovative neighborhood. Everywhere you go, there’s a continuous flow of large-scale murals that decorate the outside walls of residences and mix-used buildings, tying it all together. Here you have a place where artists and other urban pioneers live, work, and show to the public. But what’s more, a new urban community has been created. And a thriving one at that.

It was that time of the year again.
Where we flood Blackstone Ave from Shields to Downtown Fresno on a wonderful Wednesday morning and bike mob our way towards Fresno Brewing Company to simply celebrate the JOY of riding a BIKE!
What we love MOST about this ride is seeing the diversity. You have people of all ages, races, cultures and their cool bikes to prove it!
